Day to Evening Transition

 Hi guys,
I hope you have all been well. Sorry for the lack of posts.I have been going through a phase of boredom at the thought of what to wear and so have not been carrying my camera.I managed to take pictures on Saturday though.I wore two outfits on that day: one for deliveries and errands in town and the other for the PAU Peace Concert which was held at the Goethe Institute.

I invited my sister and best friend to accompany me to the event.I was so torn on whether to wear my peplum mini dress or the outfit that I later chose. I was glad I chose the latter! My sister I was so sure that we would have a good time since big names like John Kaveke, Blackbird Jeans, Ankara Vintage, Simbaress Fashions and others were showcasing. Little did I know that the event would be so poorly organized and rowdy. To make matters worse there were no seats!People (more of students actually) were standing in the auditorium and others were sitting outside.I very much regretted having worn my heels on that day.Lucky for me I had my flats in my clutch which I changed into once the event was over. Actually we stayed for like 20 minutes just for the fashion show. The rest was not important.

We later decided to go to Club Sounds to chase the disappointment of the night away.It turned out to be a good night watching people trying to imitate Michael Jackson and Usher on the dancehall. It was hilarious!Ever seen someone who after a few drinks thinks his body can move?!!Haha.Oh and a chic dancing like the ones in Jamaica. Picture swaggarific concert and you will get what I mean.Gross!
