January is sure going too fast but well I need it to coz my pockets are already complaining. So I have two occasions to celebrate in a few days. Exactly 10 days from today I will be celebrating my birthday and my boo and I's anniversary. Not a marriage one but a dating one. It will be 6 years of dating and 10 years of knowing one other. With each day I fall more in love with this man. Thank you God for the blessings. Feel free to send gifts! Haha.
Lately I have been having this love for sweaters. I got a couple of them and have worn some of them. I love that you do not have to carry a jacket or something else to cover up especially in the evening especially if it is cold.I am usually the kind of person who has to have something that she desires. There's a one particular sequined one that I wore sometime back but only got to take photos of it as I was getting ready. It reminds me of one I saw on Pinterest and Nancie Mwai of The Fashion Notebook.
I wore it with black denims.
I will post on the others once I have photos of them. Otherwise here are a few pieces from the web that I am in love with.
Here's a few ideas on how to style a sweater.
Denims go well with practically any top.
Spice it up with colored sweater and leather skirt like Fergie below.
You can wear with a maxi skirt or over a maxi dress to create the illusion of a maxi skirt.

Do you have that old sweater that is torn has threads running? Then do not throw it away coz you can still wear it! There's an excuse to keep old clothes that we love in the closet. It's called a distressed look nowadays. You can also do it yourself incase you are bored with how your sweaters look. It's a way to make the sweater look new!
